After a quick 30 minute training session, you begin on the GREEN course, where you become acquainted with the equipment and the rhythm of passing through each element. SILVER is up next, and the rope ladders and tent components will truly put you to the test! After completing the Silver course, you will proceed to the BLUE level. You suddenly recall childhood recollections of hanging on ropes and climbing trees. Your agility and sense of freedom have returned, and you’re ready to go!

The RED route takes you higher into the forest. As you climb further into the trees, try not to let your emotions get the best of you. Crossing unstable bridges and swinging surprises need balance. You’re feeling good now that you’ve completed the first three courses and can’t stop giggling as you zoom through the woodland or watch your companion try to stroll gracefully across a moving barrier.

Now it’s time for the ultimate in attention and fitness: the BLACK course. Before you go, let your senses soak in the natural beauty and serenity of your surroundings. You travel further into the tree canopy, learning that your movements are even more fluid than previously.

As your voyage concludes at Flagstaff Extreme, you depart with a grin, a sense of accomplishment, and memories that will last a lifetime.

The courses are designed to be taken in stages, and the entrance fee covers one loop or rotation around the Adult courses. You can descend from any point along the courses. Walking trails will lead you back to the guest services and welcome center.

Flagstaff Extreme (FLG X) offers a safe, enjoyable, physical, and one-of-a-kind outdoor adventure among the pines. FLG X encourages people to test their boundaries and overcome their phobias in a safe setting. FLG X provides a chance to strengthen ties with friends and family while leaving with a sense of success via shared experience.
