Sail Stars & Stripes America’s Cup Racing Yacht in San Diego for two
3 hour public sailing charters onboard the Stars & Stripes USA-11, an original 1992 America’s Cup racing boat. Take the helm, crank the winches, or simply hold on as this incredible high-performance racer zips across San Diego Bay at double the speed of a typical sailboat. A genuinely one-of-a-kind and unforgettable experience. Water, diet and standard soft drinks are complimentary. You are allowed to bring your own camera, but a crew member will be shooting photographs and films of all the excitement on board as well as the scenery of San Diego Bay at no cost. Optional America’s Cup history lesson before to the sail, followed by photo viewing. The Kona Kai Resort is conveniently located on Shelter Island and has plenty of free parking.
