A family-friendly tour just outside of Boulder (accessible by Taxi, Lyft & Uber). Tours begin around sunset and last two hours. The performance will use multiple huge telescopes and a laser pointer to explore the night sky. Planets, constellations, navigation, satellites, nebula, clusters, galaxies, perhaps some shooting stars, and our cosmos will be seen and studied. We will be able to get up up and personal with these things thanks to telescopes. The journey begins at a simple trailhead (no hiking necessary), where spectacular sunsets and wildlife are frequently observed. A red torch, comfortable camp seats, insect spray, food, hot water, tea, instant coffee, hot chocolate, and cookies are given for guests. Guests are urged to bring their own questions, as well as warm clothes (it can get cool after sunset)
