Visit Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater before continuing on to the lovely mountain village of Evergreen through Bear Creek Canyon. Browse the local stores or get a quick drink at the Saloon, vineyard, or local coffee shop. Beautiful Rocky Mountain landscapes may be seen when going over Squaw Pass to Echo Lake at 10,600 feet. Enjoy the magnificent beauty as you walk around this stunning glacial lake at the base of 14,259-foot Mt. Evans. On your journey back into Denver, pass through historic Genesee Mountain Park and observe herds of buffalo and elk. Wildlife viewing is not guaranteed.
