Yoga on the stunningly pure seas of Honolulu, Hawaii. Standup paddleboard yoga is a one-of-a-kind journey that blends the physical rigors of practicing yoga on a paddleboard with the spectacular beauty of Hawaii’s waters and shorelines. Classes are provided for students of all skill levels. Small group sizes offer customized attention from our highly skilled instructors, allowing each student to practice at their own ability level. Many familiar yoga positions are adapted to the water in the SUP yoga programs. The majority of the postures are done seated, kneeling, or lying down, with a few standing positions to concentrate on balance and core stability. Each session includes free time for students to practice whatever positions they like. Classes conclude with classic savasana, a meditation practiced while resting on the board with the soothing swaying of the ocean’s waves, fingers and toes trailing into the sea, and the mind free to relax and let go.

Our classes take place outdoors, in fresh air, limited our risk of spreading the virus. The boards are big and there is naturally at least 6 feet of separation from other guests. You will only use one piece of equipment, you don’t have to share with any other guests.
