Traveler pickup is offered
Pickup is available from most hotels on the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown Las Vegas. Pick up from your Hotel is generally between 5:30 and 6:00am. We will call you the day before to give you a more exact pick up time. If guests do not require a hotel pick up, they can choose to meet us at our shop in Boulder City.

Important: In order for the local operator to obtain the necessary permits for this tour ALL traveler names must be provided as they appear on a government issued ID such as a driver’s license or passport. Your tour will not be confirmed unless all names are provided.
Please note once reservation is confirmed the local operator is required to purchase a launch permit (USD $27). This is non-refundable.

WE OFFER A DIFFERENT REFUND POLICY THAN VIATOR/TRIPADVISOR. PLEASE READ! Permits are non-refundable or transferrable. Cancellations made 14 days in advance will receive a full refund less 6% processing fee. Cancellations made within 7-13 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 3-6 will receive a 25% refund. There are no refunds within 48 of departure. We reserve the right to cancel or change routes due to weather, road closures, or unsafe conditions. If we do, we will reschedule, issue a credit or refund payments depending on individual circumstances. Any changes in date or time may incur a rescheduling fee.
